Great facility with excellent equipment that's been key to my daughter's PT recovery. When her membership was ending before her therapy finished, Tony, the GM, went out of his way to bridge the gap so she wouldn't miss a beat. Clean gym, great equipment, and genuinely caring staff. Highly recommend!

It’s just fine— they offer a lot but I think the basic facilities like the steam room, sauna and gym equipment are becoming outdated and could be maintained better or updated. It’s not a cheap gym so having faulty ellipticals that randomly shut down mid-workout or fraying ropes on equipment is annoying. The patrons themselves really made it hard for me and I was feeling too skeeved out too often. I frequently saw patrons leave dirty towels inside lockers or on the benches and floor, or hearing people spit and cough up on the shower floors super loudly. Not occasionally, like all the time. It’s not the gym’s fault at all but I personally get grossed out by that and I wish there was more attention to setting cleanliness expectations. I think folks have differing ideas of hygiene and that’s hard for the gym to manage though. I was a member for a few months and it was ok but I cancelled for a different gym. Try them out, it’s not bad but maybe a little bit pricy for what you get unless you do all the classes and other perks.

I am totally disgusted with the place. It's a shame, because the facility is very nice. They require a 30 day notice of cancelation which is totally fine and understandable. With that being said, in December I notified the front desk that as of 12/20 i would be canceling my membership because I was moving. The kid working did whatever he did on the computer and said that I wouldn't be charged anymore and that my cancelation was fine.. In January dues were not taken out of my account. In February dues were not taken out of my account so I assumed my membership was canceled. Fast forward until April 2026. I received a notice that I now owe them for the month of March. I called the facility and let them know that I had canceled my membership in December. They said I needed to do it in person. I told them I had done that. They then said I couldn't cancel it at the front desk. Huh? When I joined, I joined at the front desk. Was i supposed to try and track down someone in one of the many often empty offices? If my membership wasn't canceled in their system, why weren't dues charged for Jan. and Feb? They continue to send me emails saying that I now owe them for April and May. If you plan

The PFW childcare is great. My wife and I are always comfortable leaving our children with the supervision of the manager Katherine and her team: Larissa, Ann, Aneesha, Madeleline and Lauren - They are responsible and experienced. Thank you, always.

The childcare room at PF&W is truly exceptional. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how warm, clean & organized, and thoughtfully run the space is. The team goes above and beyond to make both parents and children feel comfortable and cared for. A huge thank you to Katherine, Larissa, Pamela, Anu, Lauren, and Aneesha… their attentiveness, kindness, and genuine care do not go unnoticed. Knowing my child (and soon my 3-month-old baby) are in such capable, nurturing hands allows me to fully focus on my workout without worry. This service is truly a game-changer for parents, and I’m incredibly grateful to have it as part of my routine. Highly recommend to any family looking for a gym that truly supports parents.
